Eggplant Parmesan Chips

I believe in freedom of speech but not at the expense of others. Please don’t confuse that with bashing, use of foul language or total disrespect of others.

We have only ever cooked eggplant one way. I have never done eggplant like this. It looks really tasty with the sauce and cheese. I will have to try this.

Wow this is an awesome recipe that I just might have to try. I've never cooked eggplant but hubby does like Eggplant Parmesan. Thanks for posting.
ReplyDeleteSweety, trust me when I tell you Eggplants were so far off my menu that I can't believe I eat it now, but I do. I love them and like I said you just have to find right recipe to make. I also like sauteed Squash which is something new I tried this year. Thanks for visit let me know if you do try Eggplants period lol.

DeleteWell, I could never figure out what in the world to do with eggplants and you would think "I" of all people would know right...Caribbean girl! My mom used to make something of it but I do not think I ever learned it....and I never remember to ask her when I speak to her over the phone. But it was not chips though. I think I need to try out your recipe; looks easy and delicious!
